  • We get that sometimes you have to take a test drive to take the leap. This is why we offer 28-day demo subscriptions for just a small installation fee.

  • Absolutely. We offer a variety of warranty terms to cover our comprehensive set of subscription and purchase types.

  • Of course. Our field operations team will be onsite for 2-3 days for installation and training to ensure Servi is ready to rock, roll, and work the way you want it too.

  • The installation process depends on the size of the space and how many robots you’re deploying. Usually just a couple of hours, though the Bear Robotics Field Engineers team will stick with you, spending several serving periods to make sure the workflow process is stable and your servers are 100% satisfied.

  • To provide mapping, analytics, and instant feedback, Servi requires a high-speed internet connection. Not to worry – our field ops team will evaluate network quality during deployment and provide a standalone network if needed.

  • Maximum payload of each tray is the following:

    Servi: top and middle trays are 22 lbs / tub 55 lbs / overall 66 lbs

    Servi Mini: top tray is 22 lbs / tub 55 lbs / overall 66 lbs

    Rectangle tray accessory: 16.7 wide x 18.3 long (inches)

    Servi Plus: 22 lbs per tray, total 88 lbs

  • The battery is charged via wall charger. Bear Robotics provides you with your location's standard plug requirements.

  • Servi's average battery life is between 8 and 12 hours, and takes 4 -5 hours to fully recharge. Servi is also capable of quick charging for 1-2 hours during downtime for another 4-6 hours of operation!

    *Actual operation duration of Servi will depend on usage.

  • Yes, and just about everything else!

  • Yes, Servi is spill-proof and water-resistant – it’s actually the only robot of its kind with certification from the NSF for sanitation because of this. With Servi, spills are no big deal as you’ll have ample time to wipe it down while it’s running.

  • Servi and Servi Plus are certified by the NSF for local health and compliance codes.

  • Absolutely, but remember Bear Robotics is the only source for accessories we recommend with any of our products.

  • Servi is 41 inches tall and 17 inches wide.

    Servi Plus is 48 inches tall and 21 inches wide.

  • Unfortunately, Servi is not currently keen on the outdoors. When we make updates for outdoor service, we will let you know!

  • While Servi’s are all the same color, there are some great options for vinyl wraps, stickers, and decals that we can recommend for branding and customization.
